Dr. Timothy Beville, Jr.

Born on October 11, 1974 In East Stroudsburg, PA to Timothy E. Beville, Sr. and Joan (Palmisano) Beville.  Pastor Tim comes from a very large historic family.  He is the Great Great Grandson of Rev. William F. Johnson the founder of the Christian & Missionary Alliance Church of Stroudsburg, which celebrates 105 Years of continued service in 2023.

He was raised and educated in the Pocono Mountain School System graduating in a 1993. Tim holds an Associate Degree in Applied Sciences-Funeral Director from the Northampton Community College Funeral Service Program. A Bachelor’s Degree in New Testament Theology, A Dual Masters in Biblical Theology & Ministry Leadership,  A Doctorate in Theology (Phd) with a concentration on Pastoral Counseling, Evangelism and Church Planting from Liberty University, a Phd in Human Psychology from University of Pennsylvania.

He is the owner of the Judd-Beville Funeral Home, Inc. in Allentown, PA under his leadership this Ministry has flourished and is considered not only to be the premiere establishment for people of color in the Lehigh Valley, it is the Largest Black Owned Provider of End of Life Services in the Lehigh Valley.

Also, he is the founder of the “It Takes a Village, LLC” a community outreach project, with its sole purpose of providing aid to the young people of the Lehigh Valley from school supplies, hats gloves and food, without judgement or question. Every Year in August “It Takes a Village” provides school supplies and clothing to over 400 of our local children free of charge.  “It Takes a Village” in conjunction with Restoration Temple distributes food and clothing on an at- need basis to local residents in need.

Dr. Beville is the Senior Pastor and Founder of Restoration Temple in Allentown, Pennsylvania. Under his leadership Restoration Temple in 6 short years by God’s Grace has grown by over 115%, built from the ground up,  a second Campus location in Sierra Leon, West Africa. Sierra Leon which numbers over 400, and main campus have become totally financially independent.   The Temple is known through the Lehigh Valley as a place where church is simply different!  As of November of 2022 under the watchful eye of Dr. Beville Restoration has embarked on at 3.5 Million dollar expansion project  which includes the purchase of a beautiful 21,000 sq. ft  new main campus worship center and parish houses, 16 commercial acres of land for future development, purchase and renovation of our church campus in Kissi County-Kenya.

His memberships include the Allentown & National Chapters of the NAACP,  the United Negro College Fund,  The United Way of the Greater  Lehigh Valley.  His board memberships include Little Bethel Historical Society, Project Hope, LVHC Chamber, CMC Community Outreach, The Pennsylvania Short Nose Rescue, Vice President of Development People For Alternatives To Incarceration, Inc. Senior Chair of Fidelity Bank, and Senior Vice Chair of Pastor’s without walls, Dr. Beville along with his children have founded the YISI (Pronounced WHY SIGH)Clothing Company International in 2022.

His favorite passage of Scripture is found in Luke the 12th Chapter. From everyone who has been given much, much will be required of them, and from the one trusted with much, much more will be expected.
